Some important FACTS you need to know:

  • Only one NGIN account per player, divorced and/or separated parents will need to work together on this.
  • Parent only needs to create one account per family (They will be listed as Default Profile) the children are listed as (Sub Profile)
  • This account will remain the same from year to year.
  • Parents can set up email alerts to go to several email accounts while maintaining privacy. (Work email, personal email, spouse’s work and personal email address.)

How do I get email alerts to more than one email address?

  1. Go to our website and log in
  2. Click on your username (top left corner)
  3. Select “Dashboard”
  4. Look for “Account Settings” and select
  5. Look for “Add email address” and follow the commands
  6. Tell the owner of the email account to confirm the account

I am not receiving notification of any volunteer shifts.

The volunteer coordinator periodically sends out notifications that DIBS volunteer shifts are either coming out soon or available.  If you have not received any notifications please email w.powers@pnhll.org as you are not registered properly.

How come there are no dibs shift to volunteer for?

If you see a screen shot like the one to the left, that means there are currently no shifts available.  Volunteer shifts are usually available a few weeks at a time.

I can't make my volunteer shift that I signed up to work.

If you are unable to work your volunteer shift please notify Wade Powers at w.powers@pnhll.org as soon as possible so we can try to find a replacement.
