 *4/27/11 -  "The whole TEAM" - 38 degrees & 100% attendance at practice tonight.  Which team is better today?
*5/5/11 - "The whole TEAM" - At 5:15 pm everyone was on our field playing 500.  Then they played a great game!
*6/10/11 - "The whole TEAM" - 6 games in 10 days with two of them at 8:00 pm.  Great Job Rangers!

1)  "Play Catch" with them.  Skill Focus: Showing the ball to center field with wrist up and a complete follow through.

2) "Throw Grounders" to them even on grass.  Skill Focus: Legs apart, ball fielded in the middle of their legs, Butt low,  hand on top of glove, Body always moving towards the ball.

3) "Throw Pop-ups" to them.  Skill Focus: Catch in the window and in front of their body (not above their head), always moving towards the ball.

4) "Form Swing"  Skill Focus: 1) Wide stance with foot towards 1st base, 2) "Knocker Knuckles" with soft hands,  3) Elbows in 4) Load "hands back front heel up, 5) Go "Knob of bat first"  5) Balanced finish
