Winter Clinic is a program for boys and girls Spring 2026 ages 8-12 that focuses on developing hitting, throwing and pitching skills.
This is the perfect opportunity to get prepared for spring baseball season evaluations in March.
Where: Plymouth Dome 14800 34th Ave. | Plymouth, MN 55447
When: Sunday evenings January 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, February 1st, and 15th
Time: 7:00-8:30 p.m. (All ages will participate at the same time)
Cost: $110 per PNHLL player - you should live or attend school in the PNHLL Boundaries to participate (contact us first for out of league registrations)
There are only 100 spots available. Be sure to sign up early so you don't miss out!
Attire: Casual athletic wear. Baseball specific clothing is not required. The dome can be cool so dress appropriately. No cleats. Bring your glove, batting helmet and bat to every session. We will have batting helmets and bats to be shared if needed.
There will be no refunds for Winter Clinic registration
Focus on Developing and Refining Fundamentals:
- Hitting: focus on grip, stance, and swing
- Fielding: focus on footwork, body position, and proper catching technique
- Throwing: focus on proper throwing mechanics including hand on top of ball, elbow up and good follow through
- Minor and Major clinic attendees will work on pitching mechanics and motions
- Players are split in to small groups to get extra repetitions and attention
