2025 Fall Ball Interest Form

2025 Fall Ball Details:

Games: Sundays from September 7 through September 28 (doubleheaders each Sunday, some travel required)
Practices:
One weekday practice per week beginning the week of August 25
Saturday morning practices starting after Labor Day
Cost: $125 per player
Eligibility: Ages 9 - 13. (Player age is based on their age on May 1, 2026)

League Format:
Depending on the number of players and their age groups, we may form teams that participate in either MYAS AA-Competitive or Recreational level baseball. Final placement will be determined based on registration numbers and team needs.

Registration Info:
Space may be limited, and spots are not guaranteed, especially in age groups with high interest.
Teams will be formed on a first-come, first-served basis. If needed, we may hold evaluations to assist with team placement.

Coaching Opportunities:
We are currently looking for head coaches and assistant coaches for the fall season. If you’re interested in helping out, please let us know when registering your player.

2025 Spring Little League

Welcome to the 2025 Spring Registration with Plymouth-New Hope Little League


SPRING 2025 REGULAR SEASON RATES & DATES

Rookies (Ages 6 & 7): $160.00
Minors A & B (Ages 8 - 10): $215.00 
Majors (Ages 11 & 12): $235.00
*Includes $100 non-refundable registration fee

The regular season games start on May 3rd with practices before that. Season runs to late-June for Rookies and Minor B, and end of June for Minor A and Majors divisions.

There are opportunities to play on tournament teams if your child is available (and selected).
Children playing on post-season tournament teams will play throughout July and possibly early August. 
 
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE FIRMLY ON March 4th at 10pm
 8U-12U ages will not be allowed to register after this date due to Evaluation planning.
Rookies age 6-7 do not participate in evaluations and extended registration may be available.

Evaluations

Evaluations will be held on March 6th and 8th. More information regarding evaluations is available at: https://www.pnhll.org/page/show/3259739-evaluations-faq
While all players will be placed on a team - ALL players must participate in evaluations. Players will be assigned to divisions based on: (1) their performance at evaluations and (2) feedback from their regular season coach last year.
 

2025 VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS (DIBS)

PNHLL is a volunteer-run organization. Each family is asked to volunteer hours during the season, and these hours are required by all participating families. 
Please read the following information carefully as there are several changes to DIBS this year.
 
Parents are able to write a "cash out" check at evaluations to be cashed in lieu of volunteering for DIBS hours, or pay the "cash out" fee during the registration. If you wish to complete the volunteer DIBS hours throughout the season, a $350 ($250 for Rookies) DIBS check is needed at evaluations and is only cashed at the end of season if DIBS hours are not completed.
 
Rookies – 6 DIBS hours per child or "cash out" for $200 - Not available to be paid during registration
Minors/Majors – 14 DIBS hours per child or "cash out" for $350
2 or more kids in any division – 16 DIBS hours of "cash out" for $350
- Parents must give 96 hours notice to change or cancel DIBS obligations. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of $350 DIBS check. 
The maximum number of hours per family is 16. Thus, if a family has a 7- & 11-year old player, their DIBS requirement is 16

Player Withdrawals / Refund Policy

There is a non-refundable $100 registration fee.
1. In event a player withdraws before evaluations happen, you will be refunded the player fees, less the $100 non-refundable deposit fee
2. After evaluations happen there will be no refunds 
3. If you move or are relocated before season play begins you can petition the board for a refund (minus registration fees), partial refunds will only be credited with unanimous board approval.
